Our communication, expression, independence, fluent thought and security are related to this energy system. Our will. Turquoise is the color that representes it and its bija mantra is HAM. Take note of the Third Eye: It is found in the center of our brow. Our 1st cervical vertebrae is associated with this energy system as well as our endocrine and nervous systems. Our pineal and pituitary glands and our hypothalamus are components as well. Our clarity, intuition, inner guidance and balance of higher and lower selves are supported by this energy system.
