Solar Plexus and Heart Energy Systems
Next are our Solar Plexus and Heart energy systems. Focusing on tones that will allow for the activation and/or balancing of these 2 areas. Take note of the Solar Plexus: its physical location is between the navel and the bottom of the sternum. The seventh and eight thoracic vertebrae are associated with this energy system. Our metabolic/digestive system are part of it as the islets of Langerhans (group of cells found in the pancreas). Our Power, expansiveness and growth are felt here. It is represented by the Yellow color, and its bija mantra is RAM. Take note of the Heart: It is found at the center of the chest on the sternum. Our fourth thoracic vertebrae is part of this system. Our circulatory, immune and lymphatic systems as well as our thymus and heart are element of this system. Our Compassion, Passion and Devotion are felt here.
